I’m sad to report that our beloved Zoë did not respond as we had hoped to chemotherapy over the past few weeks and left this world late this morning. We are devastated that our beautiful girl of just 4 1/2 years is gone. I have thousands of pictures of our lovebug, some of which I’ve shared here. For us, she was perfect 💔
Here is my bike and some cherry blossoms and now it’s warm enough to ride again!
HAPPY WORLD DOWN SYNDROME DAY! Hopefully you’ve been fortunate enough to have someone with Ds in your life at some point. We’ve got this one and it’s incredible every day. We love you @beebeeshue! ❤️
CONGRATS to Ben Shue! He just completed his third week as an employee with the department of food and nutrition services at Fairfax County Public schools! He’s training in the cafeteria at his old elementary school right now (Kent Gardens) and after that he’ll be a cafeteria sub throughout FCPS until a permanent position opens. We’re very proud of him, so we’re celebrating and I let him get three fish tacos. He’s earned it!
